B2 Aircraft Engineer (Line Maintenance) at Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi

Etihad Airways is recruiting experienced, certifying B2 (avionics) Aircraft Engineers for its Line Maintenance team in Abu Dhabi. The role certifies your own maintenance work and that of others within Etihad's authorisation policy, and leads and guides aircraft technicians on shift. Day-to-day duties include accurate documentation, preparing parts, tools and data at the start of each shift, preventing foreign object damage (FOD), inspecting ground support equipment and company vehicles, and following Etihad's Safety and Quality Management Manual. Etihad flies Airbus A320, A330neo, A350 and A380 and Boeing 777 and 787 aircraft, and the airline says it plans to double its fleet under its Journey 2030 strategy. Practical notes: this is a senior, licence-driven role. Make sure your CV clearly lists your licence category, type ratings and years of certifying experience, because these are the first things screened. Salary is not stated in the listing. Apply only through the official apply link on this page. Genuine employers do not ask for money at any stage of hiring; if anyone does, treat it as fraud.
