What you will do: - Prepare ingredients: wash, peel, chop, weigh, mix, portion and store food. - Cook dishes on ovens, stoves, grills, fryers and microwaves using the hotel's recipes and food preparation checklist. - Prepare cold dishes and taste and check food while it is cooking. - Plate and serve food in the correct portions. - Set up and close down your station, and clean and disinfect the kitchen, tools and equipment. - Check fridge, appliance and food temperatures.
