Safety Officer, WHS at Amazon, Riyadh
Amazon is hiring a full-time Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Officer for its fulfillment centre in Riyadh, reporting to the WHS Manager. You will lead site risk assessments, set up the WHS training matrix, roll out site safety standards and programmes, give daily safety content at shift briefings, run frequent safety audits, and work with operations to remove risks. You will also respond to incidents and injuries on site, guide area managers on investigations and Gensuite reporting, and audit record-keeping. Requirements
- NEBOSH National General Certificate
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Preferred: emergency response experience
- Preferred: 2+ years in safety or environmental programmes in manufacturing, production or service operations
- Preferred: hazard analysis, lean and process improvement experience
