Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor at a car dealership
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Good understanding of cars, service processes and technical details
- Strong spoken English; Arabic is a plus
- Good with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Strong customer handling skills and a team player
