What you will do: - Diagnose complex electrical and technical faults and recommend the right repair. - Support service teams remotely and visit sites when hands-on help is needed. - Write detailed technical and quality reports and follow each case until it is fixed. - Escalate serious problems and send failed parts for analysis. - Coach technicians so repairs are done right the first time. - Make sure workshops have the latest service bulletins, software tools and special tools. Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field
- At least 6 years in automotive service and repair, including at least 3 years as a Master Technician in dealer service
- Strong knowledge of car electronics, onboard diagnostics and electric/hybrid powertrains
- Experience with modern diagnostic tools and repair support
- IMI Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Level 3 or 4 is an advantage
- Good reporting, coaching and communication skills
